These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bok99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bok99 website located at bok99.org, including all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the bok99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Registration

To open an account with bok99, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, create a secure password, and complete OTP verification. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. bok99 may, at its sole discretion and without providing reasons, refuse to open an account or close an existing account at any time.

KYC Verification

bok99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. We may request identity documentation (national ID, passport, or other acceptable government-issued document) and proof of payment method at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Documents must be submitted in clear digital form. bok99 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of any outstanding requirements via your registered mobile number.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bok99 username and password. You must notify bok99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bok99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for all accounts.

All transactions on the bok99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bok99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All account balances, wagering activity, bonus amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer options. Deposit credit is processed instantly for mobile financial service methods.
• bok99 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The name on the payment account used for depositing must match the name on your bok99 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment accounts may be declined or held for review.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bok99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bok99 may request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals that pass verification are typically processed within five minutes for mobile financial service methods.
• bok99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where the account is under review for compliance, responsible gaming, or fraud prevention purposes. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number where a delay is applied.

bok99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its end. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. bok99 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to a particular promotion. Players should read all applicable promotional terms carefully before opting in to any offer.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bok99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated. Bonuses expire as specified in the relevant promotional terms and are forfeited on expiry if unused.

Free spins, if awarded, are valid for the specified game(s) and expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts, transferring funds between accounts, or operating an account on behalf of another person (including as an agent, syndicate member, or in any other representative capacity).
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, or assisting another person who is subject to a self-exclusion order to access the platform.

bok99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond bok99's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, government actions, or third-party payment processing failures.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by bok99's customer support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bok99 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a written complaint. These Terms are governed by the principles applicable to the operation of bok99's platform and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with international online gaming standards and fair play principles.
